Lets see what have I been doing since I last blogged..

February was Chinese New Year and er.. Bali trip! It was kinda enjoyable. Dont feel the same as cos Odah is not around anymore. But still have my dear Grandpa! :D Cousins are a little bit fucked up. Seriously. Oh. Made a tattoo when I was there. Rode the motorbike whenever I feel like it. Ate loads and loads of food. Seriously got a huge appetite. I mean I can eat like 5 times a day and I never gain weight!! Awesome right?! What do I usually eat for supper? Hmmm. Murtabak biasa or Terangbulan or Nasi Jinggo! Seriously. These are the mouth-watering dishes that can make you go bonkers just thinking bout it! Then I found out I can do things that some people cannot. I take that as a gift instead of a curse. Oh yeah. I did water sports too! Imagine Scuba Diving and Jet skiing!! Hell fun I tell ya!

Hmmm. What else? Ah. My last day of work was 31st March. My last day of work was at the place where I first started. Met good people like Auntie Serene, Bapak Ramlan, Auntie Carol, Auntie Carol, Auntie Brenda, Auntie Paru, Auntie Sabariah. All were very nice to me. Treated me like their own son! Made loads of enemies too cos some people are jealous when I can do sales better compared to them. And, I attracted this 25 year old lady at Vivo. And now whenever I go there just to visit, she would say,"Hi darling!" I'm like "O.O" Speechless.. I go Vivo is to accompany a special some one for break.. Azila! :D Off days together, break also go together. Nice right??

Then what have I been doing on my off days.. Bowling! Yeah! Suck at bowling but DILLIGAF???

School is gonna start in a few days time. Excited! Wondering if there will be many pretty girls in my class or not. HAHA! Oh yeah. Going back to Secondary School this friday. Collect my Graduating Certificate and ehem. My prize for English!

Chinese New Year!

Hey yo! Back to update my dead blog!

Many events happened these past few days. Seriously. Took off on Friday like finally! Cos atrium finished on the 27th January. Actually not only because of that. But I wont state it here. But what happened in the end? I stayed at home. Yeah. Boring life of mine. Stay at home and watch wrestling on my off day.

Working in the sales line is seriously tough. And I realised that the people here mostly are fucked up when it comes to buying things. I help everyone to the best of my ability. Then not long ago, this old piece of crap want to exchange the item. Obviously you need to show the receipt right? Can even scold me and say my attitude is lousy. He even wanted to call the manager. By all means asshole! I am not scared of anyone whether you are bigger, taller or stronger than me! I kick your "grapes", you would still feel the pain cos we're all humans idiot! Manager came down, obviously knowing I'm right. Then that piece of old shit was so embarrassed but never even apologised. Thats one thing that sucks bout people here. When you're wrong, you never admit. And wherever I go, I like, I will help increase the sales. Otherwise, I wont give a damn.

Then what else to blog about? Who I really love now? Family for sure! And my brothers who stood by me no matter whatever shit happens to me! Love ya all.

Let's see what I've learnt during this Chinese New Year. I know who respects Grandma, I know who the assholes and pretenders who come and visit her with a motive. Whatever it is, I don't give a damn. As long as my family here is not harmed, everyone will be fine. And, I am going to do something to this someone once I am in Bali. I am going to get my revenge on that fucking piece of shit who took away my dad from me. The 8 years I am suffering, now, it is payback.

I am in a little dilemma now. Seriously. I mean, I put a status on facebook bout how I felt. Would you rather go with the person who loves and cares for you from the start or would you go with the person whom you like from the start but leaves you hanging there? Got three answers.

1. First one cos feelings may develop for the person in the future.

2. Second one cos I may not be able to reciprocate the feeling for the one that loves me.

3. Neither cos love takes both parties.

Sigh..

I think the song that describes the current mood for me is "It's Gonna Be Me" by N'Sync! My fave boyband since young. Love Backstreet Boys and Westlife too!

Work, Life, Love

Been seriously busy these days until I have no time to blog. Or maybe cos I am just plain lazy. Work has been a little screwed up lately cos of this bitch who likes to sabotage me. Try and backstab me and you'll see what I will do. I will backstab you twice as much! Complain all you want to the manager. He is human just like me so why the hell should I be scared? And for goodness sake. Want to talk bad bout me, say it in front of me you bloody coward. So much for a 40 year old man who wears an expensive suit but under that expensive suit is a pair of shriveled up grapes! On the bright side bout working so far, I got to meet many different people with all sorts of characters. There are customers who are extremely nice, extremely fussy, extremely annoying and extremely show off. Well, that's life isn't it? And I feel good when customers remember you when you are not around. Like when Auntie Paru told me a customer was looking for me even though I have been at the Sengkang outlet for quite a while. Wow! Funny part is that everyone at work always think I am 20 years old. Seriously?! Do I look that old??

Oh Oh Oh! Forgot to blog bout my results for O levels! I got A2 for English and POA! Yeah! B3 for Maths, B4 for Science, C5 for Chinese, C6 for Humanities and er.. B4 for F&N. Who the hell needs to do weekly essays for English? Not that I'm boasting but some particular teachers needs to learn bout a student's strengths and weaknesses instead of seeing the whole batch as a failure and don't say none of us can get a distinction! I know I kinda disappointed Ms Zaihana for F&N. She expected an A1 from me. Yeah! I made Mdm Leow proud! Ms Ho too! Ms Liu was overjoyed when she found out I passed my humanities for the first time! Haha!! Ms Chen and Mr Cheng felt I did great for Science! Finally a B for Science! So I got like what? 14 points!

I kind miss school. Miss hanging out with my Indonesian brothers (Grafico, Jefry, Teddy, Robert and Jacinto) during recess. Gonna miss many of the teachers at school. Thank you for your guidance in my secondary school life. I love you all my dear teachers! Those reading this post must be thinking,"The teachers also won't know what you write on your blog." Trust me amigos. Many teachers know about my blog a long time ago. That's how they get all my secrets.

I really really like this girl at work. She likes me and I like her. She is older than me by about a year and a few months? Who cares right? Age is just a number. But this relationship is extremely complicated. I want to be there for her, care for her, lend her my listening ear even though when she wants to shut off from the whole world. But there are so many things that come in the way. Just hope that all those things will be gone real soon.

Oh! Forgot to mention something! MOE messaged me at about 6.30am this morning (26th January) saying that I will be taking the Hospitality and Tourism Management course in Temasek Poly! So extremely happy! Regina from my primary school will be there too! Then my amigos from work Jun Jie and Irfan will be there too! Cool! Cant wait to start school. Think of quitting the company soon so March I would be able to go for MMA classes! Let's just see how it goes for me.

Will blog more often. As long as I am not lazy or tired. Muahahaha!

New year and My Birthday!

Yeah! It is a new year! Welcome 2011! Been working non-stop for 3 straight weeks without any off day. So asked Auntie Serene if I could have my off day on my birthday! She said yes without any hesitation! So nice right? Then the three aunties used my birthday and bought 4D. And want to split the sum earned if we win even though I didn't pay a single cent! So far, I've been to Vivocity's Tangs and Sengkang's Metro. The best is still Centrepoint's Robinsons!

The day after New Year, this sales rep, Maggie, came down. Was my first time meeting her. So I just said Hi. Then she asked,"Are you the part timer I heard about? Marcus right?" And I was like Omg. How did she know my name? So she said,"I heard good things bout you! Dont worry. Hope to see you some time soon ok? Take care!" So nice to me. Then my sales rep, Shah, who calls me bro said to me,"Eh bro. If Maggie likes you a lot uh, you better be prepared to go to other outlets cos she will take whomever she likes to her outlets." Even Auntie Serene said so. Sigh.. Dont want to move all over the place. Tiring!

Today! Didn't plan anything for my birthday because practically, everyone is not free. Then received a call from brother Grafico at about 1pm? Kinda shocked. He told me he came over just to celebrate my birthday! What a nice big brother. So went to play pool then met up with brother Teddy and brother Jacinto. Went to eat at Xin Wang Hong Kong Cafe and played more pool. They even specially bought me a cake! Too bad for me that not all the brothers are together. Then after that, went back home. Met Nicky and Mummy at Novena. Had a great dinner! So I ate dinner twice. Once at 6pm and another at 8pm. Haha! Freaking monster. Cut the cake that Nicky and Tracy made specially! Delicious! :D

I love my presents! Thank you to my dear sister/wrestling buddy Nazihah for your present! Thank you Nicky for the shirt too! I know you aren't that bad after all. Haha. Love my family even though we had loads of quarrels and misunderstanding. People said we mustn't tell others what our birthday wish is right? I don't care. My birthday wish is not only to get good results but most importantly, I want my family to stay happy, healthy, wealthy and united.

For yesterday

This post is for yesterday 21st December. Doing this cos I just finished dinner which is at 12.30am. Really tired from work. No off this week! Argh. But it is alright cos my work mates which are all aunties, are really really nice to me. Everyday, they would ensure that I have my break long enough so I can rest and eat well. Then, manager from another company heard about me. He came to me and asked if I would like to join his group. (I am not bragging). I declined cos I prefer to stick to people I am comfortable with. Plus, I am happy work with my three aunties! Yeah. So what if the pay is higher? Money isn't everything. It can neither buy time nor happiness. Loads of customers pissed me off. Plus, the sales is not that good. Give discount, still want more. Sorry to say but those typical types, I hate to entertain. But at around 10.45pm, this gentleman came over to my counter (Goldlion). He asked if there is any bag within his budget. So I showed him what my counter had cos I want to increase the sales. But he told me that he doesn't like the brand. He prefers Pierre Cardin or Braun Buffel or Renoma to Goldlion. So yeah. Just showed him those other brands and called for the promoters for the respective brands. Then I walked away and started chatting with my sales manager whom I call Bro. HAHA! Then after like 10 minutes, Auntie Paru said customer was looking for me. Was wondering what wrong did I do. The customer (the middle-aged man whom I served earlier and said he doesn't like Goldlion) asked for me. He told me he wanted a gift box and the document bag of any kind. Was surprised that he suddenly changed his mind. Helped him to the cashier then he told me,"I want to buy those things from your counter because I like your service, not because I like the product. You talk like a gentleman and have the willingness to help others. I want you to get the commission you deserve. And I will write a letter to your boss." Then I told him that I don't even know who is my boss. He said that he will pass the letter to whomever is in charge. So he asked me to follow him to 5th floor to shop more. Auntie Serene was damn pissed off cos I helped him. Some of the people on my level thought that middle aged man is gay. Some jealous people thought I got tips from him. Whatever. I don't take money from customers. Then that guy said,"Your father will be proud of you. So what line is he in?" Then I told him that Dad wasn't around anymore. So he said,"Sorry bout that. I didn't mean to hurt you. But 2 things I want you to learn. One, it is not your family background or social status that makes you look good but it is your character that defines who you are. Two, there will always be someone better somewhere out there but you must have the motivation, the courage and the willingness to strive in order to succeed." Such a nice customer. If only every customer was like him. Oh. And there was a lady customer who thought I am 20 years old. Do I seriously look that old?! She even flirted with me. Omg. Auntie Serene was like,"Aiyo. You come to work or flirt?" I didn't make the first move!

First day of work (15th December)

Went for lunch with Hendrick before work at McDonalds. Then there was this pretty and cute girl around. Hendrick told the girl that I wanted her number! I was like, "WHAT!?" Then she was so shy, her face turned red but she smiled at me. Haha. Then started work. There was Auntie Serene, Auntie Brenda and Auntie Paru. All were nice to me! They had so much patience to teach me. Then there were 3 O level students just like me working there too. The pretty girl kept smiling at me. Then met Yuki who kept disturbing me. Haha. Was serving customer then she tickled me from behind. There was this customer who really pissed me off. Asked me for this and that then after taking all the stuff, she said,"Ok. I will look around." Basket! I went high and low for your stuff! Then at around 6pm, the manager came. Asked me how was work so far and stuff then later, he said,"Eh bro! You havent add me on Facebook!" I was laughing so hard when he called me bro! He told me not to address him as Sir or Mr cos he is only 6 years older than me. Then later he used Auntie Brenda's iPhone to Facebook. Then asked me which is my pretty cousin. There were customers but he told me,"Never mind la. Serene! You go serve the customer. I have private conversation with Marcus!" Then Auntie Serene said,"Eh! Later let me see the girl! Marcus! Let me see you cousin!" Really fun chatting with them. Then at about 8, he left. Nothing much to do. But Auntie Serene went to clear somethings. Oh! I managed to sell practically a lot of stuff. When Auntie Serene came back, she was so proud of me! Then when I asked how else can I help, she replied,"Want to try paper work?" I was stunned cos she told me before that only senior staff do paper work. So I just tried. Managed to finish! Then she praised me again! Whoo hoo! After work, Auntie Serene helped me punch card some more. So nice right? Went back home, it was raining. Luckily I brought umbrella! Haha. Looking forward to more working days like this!

Today was great! Went out to have lunch with Eunice and Hendrick. Then went for job interview with my 22 year-old manager. Best part is, he treated me like a friend! Then one of the senior staff Auntie Serene also talked to me like friend! She said, "work is work but once you take your break or finished work, you can treat me like friend." Haha! I know the job would be tiring but I wont really mind. Anyway, I just wanna kill time instead of rotting at home.

Then went out with Robert, Sherly and Centanie to Sentosa. Robert and Sherly were like trying to pair me up with Centanie. Haha. It was hell fun although it was like 8pm and no one was at the beach. Then went back home after that. Sent Centanie home to Tampines because Robert and Sherly pushed me out of the MRT. haha. Pretty shy. Couldnt talk much. Argh.
